I want to give some critiques out because I like the challenge of figuring out how to make things better, and as long as it's good constructive critique, it helps everyone - the artist, the critiquer, and casual bystanders. (I love reading others' critiques - it's a good test of how well I see faults in images. Also a good test of how far I have to go to be any good. :p ) Anyone want some critique? I joined a horse photography critique group on Facebook because I'm always looking for good critique. I've popped in a few times, scrolling through posts to get a feel for what the group is like. I even posted an image of my own. The only critique I got was from the photographer I was shooting with...who I could just ask in person any time. I don't know why I don't just leave the group. I keep hoping for it to get better, and I'm just more and more disappointed with both the kind of work (photomanipulations are not photographs, and adding textures seems to be the cool thing to do in that group, even though it usually looks like crap) and the
